To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天中午去咗何文田廣場嘅itamama,餐廳氛圍十分休閒,裝潢簡約而且帶溫馨感覺,一入門口就感受到悠閒。呢度菜單選擇豐富,無論是咖啡還是食物都有好多選擇。我點咗熱即磨咖啡,咖啡香氣濃郁且層次豐富。咖啡表面浮著一層細膩的奶泡,入口後那份醇厚,一啖一啖停唔到,感受到咖啡豆新鮮磨製的香氣,真係提神又滿足。跟住食嘅係黑蒜煙鴨胸車厘茄扁意粉。這道菜色嘅賣點在於煙燻鴨胸嘅香氣,厚實而多汁,帶有淡淡的煙燻味,同車厘茄的微酸相互呼應,增添層次感。扁意粉的麵條煮得恰到好處,既不過於軟爛,又能充分吸收醬汁的風味。醬汁略帶黑蒜的香味,微微的蒜香融合在整體中,讓整道菜品顯得更加豐富而具層次。跟餐加配水牛城雞翼,酸酸辣辣醒胃又剌激🤩整體來說,itamama的餐點不僅味道精緻,食品設計也很用心,讓人用餐不僅是味蕾的享受,亦都係一場視覺體驗。這次的用餐經驗滿意度很高,尤其適合想要在繁忙之中找個放鬆的好去處。下次還會再來

母親節一早起身,出邊食應該好多人!所以叫咗兩份早餐!蕃茄牛肉通粉,同埋炸魚柳炒蛋!(又唔記得影相🥹)蕃茄湯超濃郁!唔會稀到番茄水咁!炸魚皮薄,炒蛋熟度剛剛好!一次會再叫🤭

🫶🏻百香里烤雞配珍珠飯半隻烤雞,烤到香脆雞肉juicy🤤🤤 整體來講都可以值得一試🫶🏻香煎豬扒滑蛋蓋飯可以自選西西里/胡椒汁滑蛋一般,完全唔滑🙈豬扒OK 唔會太dry🙈

我叫檸檬水冇檸檬,店長話係用檸汁沟水,話全線都係咁!但在其他分店係有檸檬片的。店長唔肯换其他飲品,我一滴都唔飲呢啲化學野。個Pizza好迷理,有只隻蛋在上面。叫佢叮一吓隻蛋,店長唔肯,話你可以叫走蛋,但不能變熟蛋。呢啲服務態度真係趕客!

到學校做義工,中午食lunch經常來itamama,尼度简直就系妈妈们的聚会圣地。意式简餐好睇又好味,之前食意粉,甘次食紐西蘭谷飼牛排🥩,還有腸仔同埋沙律,搭配好豐富。一邊食一邊傾計,鋸完扒飲杯冷壓🍋檸檬茶,茶味調配得幾好👍,下次继续食。其他朋友點意粉,點炒飯,味道都幾好。環境夠大,座落好舒適,大聲講野都唔覺得吵。服務員服務都好好,上菜快,有求必應,其她媽媽都話體驗唔錯。平時人多,週末唔使排隊。
