昨晚去魚缸點選左隻一斤多新鮮活生猛西澳龍蝦,價錢每斤$320,做法:蒜茸開邊篜,點知等左超過30分鐘先上枱,一開始食入口已覺得肉質梅梅地,覺得唔對路冇再食,佢地好古惑,放好多蒜茸在蝦頭,等人唔覺原來隻龍蝦已死發黑變壞,一撥開移走蒜茸先見到蝦頭全部係發黑龍蝦膏,龍蝦腳好左甩左出黎同唔見左好多隻尾爪。怪唔得冇人在魚缸點龍蝦,原來點左新鮮生猛龍蝦都係會換做發黑死龍蝦。
