如果說生蠔是意料之內,那海鮮便是喜出望外。Scampi($160/pc)深海小龍蝦在本地並不常見,這晚的Scampi是少有的高質素,第一次嚐到如此肥美的Scampi,晶瑩的肉身屬刺身級數,入口非常鮮甜,肉質柔軟Creamy,而幸運地有着豐盈的蝦膏,如此新鮮的Scampi實屬是難得。

Starter是海鮮的延續,Hokkaido Scallop Delight($188)刺身級數的帶子,做成香煎帶子和帶子他他。香煎帶子是最受歡迎的食法,但更欣賞帶子他他的作法,既保留帶子細膩柔軟的口感,檸香又為帶子添上一抹清新。

本身就是鵝肝的愛好者,Duck Foie Gras Linguini($208)是友人為我特別點的。鵝肝香煎過後加入牛肝菌,令汁醬都是鵝肝菇菌的香氣,al dente的扁意粉很能掛汁,是夜最美味的澱粉質主食。
