To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 而家時勢,要找平安區,今次揀無集會的銅鑼灣,去回時代廣場百樂,就喜歡坐舒適,腸胃不妥,叫碗清清地瑤柱白果粥,以為跟同集團戲曲中心樂滿一樣,原來是有味粥底,碎白果,無質感,聞不到米與白果香味,勝在大碗,及綿,但有幸配自家制橄欖菜,勝咗夠香,甘香, 彌補缺失,我這個阿婆就係喜,當然一早買咗一樽回家。叫古法千層糕,精靈上次來話好好食,有椰絲,蛋黄,變咗懷舊馬拉糕,夠件頭,甜度適中,鬆軟度高。約3時埋單,逛逛一會後,黑旋風由中環染黑至湾仔,好快到銅鑼灣,世貿,崇光,大少商舖落閘關門,想起周星馳功夫~斧頭幫出現,個個關門,怎估到當時場境會哈哈笑,現在竟然發生咗!
