To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一開始同個女侍應落個豉椒牛柳炒河,結果黎左個黑椒牛柳意粉比我,舉手個男侍應走左黎睇,睇到我個餐再睇個落單牌,跟住就用個落單牌拍我兩下手臂,同我講叫我下次自己check清楚的單,我已經冇理佢,佢仲加多句問我明吾明呀,仲要同我講,佢地既員工落單既緊信佢地岩架啦!出錯仲要調番轉頭話個客吾岩,咁既服務態度請都吾黎,垃圾不如!
