To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 茶餐廳冇要求、但这餐真難食.例湯全碗朱油凍的、飯面凍的、飯是硬的、帶子當然不是帶子、只是元貝珠. never had any expectations but this is really bad. never understand why it is so full during lunch time.

食物已經一般，位置街市入口但收費沒有特別平，最慘係服務態度極差！除非附近無晒野食，否則都不會再幫親。試過叫炒河太鹹，叫豬排包又太乾，食物水平真係一般，出爐麵包櫃的食物也賣相一般。

呢個珍寶菠蘿包餐意思就係有一個大菠蘿包加煎蛋、火腿、蕃茄、青瓜。可以分開食，也可以一齊食，夾埋一齊就會成為一個菠蘿包三文治。成個咬落去口感有脆脆既青瓜同彈牙既蕃茄同火腿，甜既菠蘿包配合咸咸既咸料，好豐富好好味。熱咖啡奶味好濃，好滑。

今日早上去咗一間銅鑼灣茶餐廳，叫咗幾樣好食嘅嘢。首先要講嘅係招牌五香肉丁麵，麵條煮得剛好，五香肉丁味道濃厚，配上湯底，真係好有味，食完一碗仲想再嚟一碗！跟住係香腸炒蛋，香腸香脆，炒蛋滑溜，兩樣配埋一齊，簡單但好好味，食完心情都好好。最後試咗出爐迷你餐包，剛出爐嘅時候熱辣辣，外脆內軟，咬落去有一陣奶香味，真係好想再食多幾個！

話說同fd子見夜夜地，冇乜餐廳，就去咗尼間九龍餐室食野～ 咁一坐底就即刻叫待應落單，佢寫完單仲即刻覆單點知過咗15mins，野食唔到，野飲又未到，忍唔住就問～一問我真係嬲左，我頂！完全冇入機又冇record. 然後佢哋淨係問邊個落單，然後班侍應就不斷卸膊🌚0尊到爆！
