To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友講左要食大中華好耐,今日HAPPY FRIDAY約齊班同事一行15人去試試佢。去到見到大中華有好多個鋪位,唔洗等已經即時有位。訂位時已經預訂左土匪雞一隻上菜時真係嘩左出聲,餐廳會提供刀叉同膠手套比你分開隻雞 打卡一流,但味道一般。 薑蔥桶蠔 桶蠔大大隻冇沙,好入味,正仲有呢個黑椒豬手極推介。肉質嫩到我以為食緊牛扒,黑椒味好重好濃味。 仲有叫左好多送冇影到相。 有沙嗲金菇肥牛煲,炸子雞,煎墨魚餅,黃金鮮魷,黑椒牛仔骨。。。 總結味道都唔錯,係價錢比市價偏高一點點
