呢個前菜好有趣,用一架可愛的單車載著,佢入面有石榴、薯仔、鷹嘴豆、印度脆片,加入甜酸汁同埋乳酪!上面再加埋少少辣粉!唔同啲味道疊起不同的層次,為整餐帶來一個很好的序幕!
