之前已經同朋友食過呢間日本餐廳嘅主食,今日有機會嚟試吓佢哋嘅omakase,由前菜到最後一道甜品都令我哋非常滿意~😌前菜係楊銀杏同埋鵝肝,第一次食銀杏嘅我感覺味道幾特別,外脆內軟嘅口感味道好清新,帶住少少嘅果仁味,好開胃~鵝肝都唔錯,完全冇異味,口感綿密滑嫩,帶住少少甜同鹹,都係一道可以增加食慾嘅菜品😋連根饅頭,呢道碗物都令我印象深刻😍用蓮藕製磨成泥之後整成球狀,清爽又帶住爽脆嘅口感好特別👍🏼湯底味道鮮甜,鹹香味十足令人飲咗覺得暖笠笠~口感滑溜好似雪糕嘅海膽壽司都令我眼前一亮🤩 師傅用嘅材料真係好新鮮,海膽帶住天然海洋鹹味,口感絲滑細膩,一下子就溶化喺口裏面😇呢道柚紅樽魚都係我至愛❤️肉質緊實得嚟又細膩,外表輕輕燒過之後外脆內嫩,仲帶住輕微嘅油脂感🤤甜品係日本熊本縣嘅高級蜜瓜!甜美!鮮嫩!多汁!口感好滑溜,完全冇粗糙纖維嘅感覺🥹
