突然之間想食日本嘢 大概望過吓啲相 就揀咗依間 點知大伏🤮🤮🤮晚市套餐888一位再加一。本身以為係omakase level,以為好抵。點知食街邊舖頭或者平價連鎖好過。首先服務完全唔得。可能夜咗d開始,師傅趕住收工,完全0交流,上壽司嘅時候得過五件壽司,就係介紹其中三件,講半句就完。食到一半都未夠,就喺面前洗嘢,同埋一早就切晒啲魚放喺隔籬。樓面嘅職員都好唔專業,上菜又係近乎零介紹,又上錯嘢,且唔叫唔識添茶。🙅‍♂️壽司刺身平嘢多,切得又衰。全部壽司一次過上晒,其中一條魚爛爛地都好意思上。天婦羅件衣厚到去北極過冬都唔使驚凍。牛肉就好似擺喺室溫成個鐘先拎出嚟。😨咁嘅quality 80蚊都嫌多 continue reading

話說細佬考試考得好,就帶咗佢過嚟食晚餐,當作獎勵佢。因為係晚上,餐廳環境燈光特別好,仲可以睇到海景,一邊食一邊睇,好放鬆!我哋叫咗好幾道菜,每樣都非常有特色。尤其係和牛同豬扒,炸得非常香甜,兩款肉嘅肉質滑軟,又好新鮮,食起嚟好爽口!刺身亦都好原汁原味,仲好新鮮,每一種都有自己嘅特色,食多都唔會膩。而且擺盤好靚,睇咗非常有食慾。除咗肉,我哋仲叫咗特製湯,湯底濃郁,涮肉更加惹味,每一口都係精華!而且湯仲有牛肉同豬肉嘅鮮甜味道,飲到停唔落嚟。仲有燒牛舌同雞全翼,燒得非常香,牛舌嘅口感比較彈牙,而雞肉就比較軟,兩款一齊食,真係好幸福。仲有炸得金黃酥脆嘅天婦羅真係好適合邊食邊睇風景,再配埋一點點醬料,完美! continue reading

一直都鍾意日本omakase嘅感覺,因為食住嘅食材都會係最新鮮,仲可以睇師傅點樣整,成個過程就係好舒服,最近發現屋企附近有一間割烹 櫓杏都有omakase,就想去試下。餐廳環境氛圍好好,然後裝潢好有特色,食物亦都好抵。廚師先發嘅鵝肝食住非常開胃,令我忍唔住等住廚師上主菜。其中有幾樣主菜係我比較難忘嘅。先講呢度嘅碗物-連根饅頭,Q彈可口,食住好滑軟蓬鬆,微微帶有一絲清甜。最令我驚艷嘅天婦羅新鮮無比,仲彈牙,加埋白子清甜嘅味道,食起嚟非常豐富。接住就係正到爆嘅低溫慢煮牛肉。濃郁嘅牛肉味撲鼻而來,亦都好新鮮多汁,每一口都非常經典!仲有海膽壽司,唔會有腥味,仲帶有一絲清新,口感仲好細膩,非常適合用嚟做壽司。一個人食omakase非常爽,而且食物仲好新鮮好味,正!整體真係好新鮮 【尖沙咀】 割烹 櫓杏 continue reading

嗰日同朋友去尖沙咀食日本料理,體驗咗精緻嘅 Omakase。每一道菜都係大廚精心烹調,味道同擺盤都令人驚艷!首先前菜有【揚銀杏 & 鵝肝】,揚銀杏外層酥脆,入面卻保留咗銀杏嘅滑嫩同微苦,口感好有層次;而鵝肝就係外酥內嫩,味道濃郁又唔會滯,簡直就係奢華嘅享受!之後食咗各種各樣好味嘅刺身、天婦羅同牛肉等等。最令我驚喜嘅係【燒物 - 柚紅樽魚】,魚肉細緻鮮嫩,帶有柚子嘅清香,酸酸甜甜嘅味道令成道菜特別清爽,每一啖都充滿享受。之後就係壽司十件,當中我最鍾意嘅係【海膽壽司】,滿滿嘅海膽放喺壽司飯上面,食落去可以感受到海膽濃郁嘅鮮味同入口即化嘅感覺,食完真係難以忘懷,其他壽司都好新鮮好味。跟住就係好飲嘅味噌湯。最後梗係唔可以錯過甜品【熊本荒尾梨同蜜瓜】,梨清甜多汁,口感爽脆,蜜瓜鮮甜可口,完美咁喺嘴入面融化。 continue reading
