To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前一路都係家嫂、牛站、富盈車輪轉…但自從發現火水爐呢片新大陸之後變左邊爐鐵竇,又無諗過作為我哋最後一根稻草嘅富盈最後都難逃要執的命運。🥹火水爐主打港式邊爐的小店,十幾張枱鋪仔細細,我鍾意佢地下無立黐黐(好重要),氣氛OK啦…牆上不停播住韓妹MV加gen Z pop…由裝修到員工都好本土港式…要俾like 😝食物方面——嗱,我哋唔係盲目追捧乜都話好,佢任食食材選擇唔多(比起家嫂/牛站無任食海鮮無任夾丸類架)😨,嘢飲都係得嗰三幾款咋(雖然我次次都係飲fruit punch)😬,醬汁配料都唔多架😟(係個自家製辣油比較出色);佢講到明係主打手切牛肉同沙嗲架咋,但我哋就係buy佢哋嘅湯底同牛肉囉。湯底呢,我哋食嚟食去都係沙爹拼芫茜😅,沙嗲湯底非常濃味,用嚟淥牛肉同蘿蔔等佢索哂湯就最正,而最近佢哋响湯底入面加咗牛腩…又幾好味唧!如果你好鍾意芫茜的話咁你一要試佢個芫茜皮蛋湯,佢唔係清湯加兩條芫茜落去就算,係有濃縮嘅芫茜溶蓉,真係啖啖芫茜架!佢頭盤有酥炸小食有雞煲…炸午餐肉好特別可以一試…不過雞煲我哋次次都skip嘅😅…留肚食牛肉嘛!牛肉係手切牛肉,並唔係機切嘅燈影牛肉…我次次起碼都要食一兩盤封門柳

佢頭盤有酥炸小食有雞煲…炸午餐肉好特別可以一試…不過雞煲我哋次次都skip嘅😅…留肚食牛肉嘛!牛肉係手切牛肉,並唔係機切嘅燈影牛肉…我次次起碼都要食一兩盤封門柳架!另外有樣嘢好得我心嘅就係…鵝腸!我未試過有一間打邊爐嘅鵝腸淥完係爽脆嘅!我仲記得第一次食完之後好感動!🥹 而其餘可以推薦嘅有韮菜餃、黑毛豬、大大塊魚皮。

價錢方面,唔係平架‼️不過俾幾舊水我想食到好嘅食材囉!佢社交平台話:「以人為本 —— 望食材與服務讓你們體現快樂」…佢哋食材係新鮮…連普通生菜都好fresh…佢新鮮嘅食材係我哋keep住幫襯嘅原因…~ 😎
