To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 黃氏力場今日嚟到 長沙灣搵食, 兩個麻甩佬 梗係搵啲大件夾抵食又平嘅嘢㗎啦! 一定諗起呢一間大中華 飯店, 因為佢符合曬我哋以上嘅條件! 不過平時 十分多人, 很好我哋兩個今日早收工, 六點幾去食 話要八點鐘還枱 都ok! 其實佢樣樣嘢都好食, 不過梗係叫一啲手工菜, 屋企個女人整唔到嗰啲啦! 我今日推介大家 食南乳炸鱔, 佢啲鱔好新鮮, 彈牙可口, 冇腥味! 配上南乳汁 十分香口, 炸得啱啱好! 另一個餸叫做 皮蛋蝦, 我每次嚟都要食, 其實佢係用一啲嘅 蝦膠 包住隻皮蛋嚟炸, 佢啲 蝦膠 簡直一流, 十分鮮味彈牙, 皮蛋質素有好, 我唔知點形容,總之兩樣嘢配合一起吃十分 好食 簡直係天作之盒! 最後最後 但是係最好食 嘅臘味煲仔飯, 必點嘅菜式, 我好欣賞佢有勁多香荽 同埋蔥, 仲有香口嘅飯焦, 好食到喊!
