🤗 French Pigeon. Thyme Jus. 主菜: 牛, 鴿, 魚, 三揀一, 揀咗法國菜穩陣嘅乳鴿. 沒有脆皮, 肉質粉嫩入味, 建議師傅玩兩個做法, 食落冇咁單調. 🍷 配法國勃根第紅酒, 幽香嘅草莓味, 雖有誠意, 但飲落薄身, 襯唔到乳鴿.

🤗 總結: 餐廳環境舒適, 今晚兩枱客, 經理一腳踢, 服務合格. 論食物, 交足功課, “藍龍蝦” 同埋 “龍蝦湯” 十分驚喜, 配酒五杯, 誠意十足. Senti 用心製作, 價錢合理, 值得一試.

📖 開心大発現, 原來 Senti 同近期爆紅嘅 “文苑飯店” 屬同一飲食集團 😱.
