食傳統中菜食到膩?不如試吓英式中菜刺激一吓味蕾又有新鮮感。老闆由英國回流返嚟,太思念英國人口味嘅中菜就決定開間餐廳將依種美味還原予各食客品嚐!第一道已經令我驚艷,蝦多士薄脆唔油膩,除咗顯而易見嘅鳳尾蝦外仲塗滿了一層蝦膠,鮮味滿分~一咬更散發突出嘅黑白芝麻香。香酥鴨採用先鹵後炸嘅方法,鴨肉撕到一絲絲連帶已逼出油份嘅脆皮食落好過癮~配埋薄餅同青瓜、京蔥就好似食緊片皮鴨咁!招牌炸魚薯條粉漿超級薄脆,內裡魚肉好厚又嫩滑,值得一試!傳統地道食法係可以配搭麥醋或青豆蓉,另外仲可以揀蘸店內特色嘅印度咖喱汁。燒牛肋骨都唔可以錯過,肉質腍嫩又香配埋韓式甜甜酸酸醬汁同泡菜,愈食愈開胃。最後再來一個超出色嘅焗豬扒飯(平日限定)粒粒分明帶蛋香嘅炒飯係重點,而豬扒夠厚之餘肉味仲好出,真係唔好攞佢嚟同出面個啲比,超想再食!佢地仲有好多款Cocktail,我個人推介Suzie Wong,粉粉的仲有把懷舊遮仔插住。果香味嘅選擇荔枝味最突出~
