今次已經係一個月內 第二次食啦先黎牛舌串燒,厚揚串串燒,雞肉丸串燒。牛舌既厚度剛剛好,又不會韌。(唔記得影相)厚揚串串係日本豆腐串燒 個豆腐皮燒到脆卜卜,內面又好juicy(又係忍唔住食左,唔記得影)雞肉丸串燒 會跟一個日本蛋漿,令到佢成個雞肉丸串燒更滑。重頭戲~必食!一定係水炊鍋(雞鍋)。首先待應會喺我地面前煮熱個雞湯俾我地飲一杯(本身已經淆左6個鐘),個湯肯定係無味精;因為朋友係有味精敏感。然後再煮雞肉丸同無骨雞肉。雞肉既鮮味係一試就知~係日本雞。雞味同大陸黎既係完全唔同!再將個湯煮蔬菜🥬,再飲湯;今次個湯既肉味冇咁重。最後,會將個湯煮粥。呢個時候,我已經8成飽。不過另一個重頭戲~就係個牛土鍋飯。半生熟既牛肉,肉質鮮嫩。呢個鍋飯,可以 以茶漬飯既食法。我本人最愛。服務方面,待應有禮貌之餘 更俱有對食材,煮食及酒水的尊業知識。呢點亦係錦上添花!
