上次嚟呢間餐廳食晚餐,今次試下午餐。咁店員介紹當日嘅daily special, 有款海鮮冷烏冬,外面日日三十幾度,清涼嘅定食聽落幾好,啱我食。店員放落嚟我都嘩一聲,大碟又好食,而我個friend食咗個網燒黑豚肉定食,佢話燒得好正,我咪試一啖,又好香喎。。呢個月佢哋有個周年紀念,七月生日嘅客晚市送prosecco, 咁就睇下schedule後我會再嚟。

This restaurant has been on my list for a while as the interior look very decent and they also offer my favorite meat which is chicken 🐔🌟 luckily, my friend wanted to try out their dishes too so we came here to have their special set just for the holiday seasons! the highlight of the night was definitely the main chicken soup hot pot, their chicken tasted fresh and chicken meat balls was also very flavorful and soft in texture. Veggie was freshly cooked and chicken portion was a lot! We enjoyed every bit of it and also the staffs were very attentive, and knowledgeable. She explained clearly the different layers of soup and also encouraged us to drink more as it is very healthy! Overall, a very satisfying meal 🥘 enjoyable night and will come back again for sure!

習慣重口味如我,這個華味鳥土鍋飯($238)就是我杯茶了,有點像煲仔飯,以木魚昆布湯煮成的飯帶鮮甜味道,配以燒得香口的雞肉,每吃一口都香口惹味,明明已經飽了,還是忍不住要再吃。

福岡人認為要跟隨特定的時序,才能真正品嚐到水炊鍋的滋味,首先喝一口原味的雞湯,無添加味精;細細熬煮出富含膠原蛋白的醇香之味,黏黏的口感、味濃滋養;第二口可按個人喜好加入鹽、青蔥、橙醋或柚子胡椒調味,雖然我是原味的擁躉,但有選擇的自由總是讓人興奮的!

飲完靚湯,接著便吃雞腿肉,彈滑有嚼勁,再來便是雞肉混雞軟骨而成的雞滑,軟綿嫩滑中更添口感,果然無負「華味鳥」之名!

吃罷再加入新鮮蔬菜,湯底鮮甜不油膩;盡得精華的每條菜蔬實在索得很!

皮脆肉嫩的鳥唐揚超好味呀!

完成以上的程序後,餘下的雞湯當然不會浪費,加入白飯、雞蛋、蔥花、橙醋、脆米等食材做成燉飯,可謂正宗日本流吃鍋法;米飯吸收了雞湯的所有精華後,味濃且甜,絕不可走寶呀!

鳥の土鍋飯($238)~
另一散點菜是以木魚昆布湯煮成的土鍋飯,雞肉嫩滑甜香、飯更是沾滿其香氣;肚皮雖已撑,卻架不住饞蟲勾引而吃了兩大碗;另一食味是茶漬飯,也是個不錯的選擇。

甜品是原味蕨餅 和 玉子布甸,前者煙韌清淡;後者香滑味濃,至此實在大滿足了!
