今日約咗好2個朋友喺西灣食野。我哋揀咗呢間半糖主義食甜品。我叫咗個朱古力梳乎厘班戟。朋友本來想要紫薯心太軟,但係今日原來冇紫薯, 就改左叫朱古力心太軟。另外我哋叫咗個士多啤梨拿破崙。梳乎厘班戟是即叫即做。製作需時30分鐘。我覺得好好味。餐牌寫住係用日本麵粉整嘅。咬落去十分軟綿綿,有很香的蛋味,而且係暖暖的。配上朱古力醬味道更好。很好吃。很滿足。朱古力心太軟亦很好吃。香濃的朱古力蛋糕加上流心幼滑的朱古力醬,暖粒粒嘅口感,香濃的朱古力味,十分好吃。另外還配上一個雲呢拿雪糕球,吃完大大滿足!士多啤梨拿破崙賣相相當吸引,有一個雲呢拿雪糕球在旁邊。拿破崙蛋糕又叫法式千層酥。半主義的拿破崙很好味。每層酥皮烤至金黃色,層次分明,鬆化香脆,當中的吉士醬亦很香甜軟滑,十分滋味!此餐廳裝修別緻,甜品的味道亦出眾,是一間用心經營的甜品店!

士多啤梨拿破崙賣相相當吸引,有一個雲呢拿雪糕球在旁邊。拿破崙蛋糕又叫法式千層酥。半主義的拿破崙很好味。每層酥皮烤至金黃色,層次分明,鬆化香脆,當中的吉士醬亦很香甜軟滑,十分滋味!
