提早預約左呢到既omakase,個晚都好多人黎用餐,證明我冇揀錯哈哈,廚師好風趣,非常有禮貌😆餐前酒係清酒、紅酒同梅酒混合而製既甜酒,果香味濃,而且味道較香甜,由廚師自家製既浸酒果然唔同接着係車海老,由椰菜花蓉作底,配上蟹肉三文魚籽及紫蘇花,椰菜花蓉口感細滑,薯蓉就食得多,原來椰菜花蓉淡淡地都幾好食四小碟包括柚子白子、月子配無花果、汁煮鴨肉、安鱇魚乾,四種食材各有千秋,個人最喜歡係鮟鱇魚肝,脂肪含量高所以有個種奶油質感,好似海鮮類中既鵝肝咁刺身三味包括愛女魚、響螺、甘木鯛,甘木鯛微微燒香既魚片,加埋實肉既口感好好食,普通餐廳一定搵唔到既愛女魚,質感柔軟,配些少芥末又是另一種層次了必食火炙大拖羅,種油脂感完全係滿瀉啊!放入口慢慢感受到魚油同拖羅係口腔溶化既感覺,唔誇張係真係舌尖上既享受!香箱蟹絕對係反映師傅手工既一道菜式,佢完美地將原條蟹腳、蟹膏同蟹肉呈現返係個碟到,將隻蟹還原左好美觀,另選用做芡汁為呢個熱食既味道跟住到梳子魚,配秋天松蓉,包住海膽,再來係肝醬鮑魚,配大黑本菇及炸青椒仔,2道菜都好好食壽司系列:秋刀魚、大拖羅、剝皮魚配肝醬、海草海膽、海鰻魚,每一啖都係幸福既感覺,飯粒煙韌

麵豉湯用新鮮蝦殼熬製而成,有紫菜喺裏面,味道香濃

最後甜品黎個北海道赤肉哈密瓜,配師傅自家製粟子蓉同雞蛋慕絲,好新奇原來雞蛋除左我地平時食既煎蛋烚蛋蒸蛋之外,仲可以做mousse材料底,呢餐真係令我大開眼界 

原來大家黎之前可以同店員講定有咩指定食材想食,當然廚師都係因應季節時間而搭配最優質既食材比客人,所以師傅話每次黎食既野都唔同,絕對可以每次都有驚喜
