To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我地仲試左牛丸湯麵,同我地食開香港嘅牛丸唔同,佢係一粒大嘅牛丸入面包住大概五粒嘅細牛丸,所以切開嗰陣相當有驚喜。原來白鬚牛丸係印尼街頭小食,白鬚就係指牛丸,啲牛丸幾彈牙,質感厚實又飽滿。飲啖湯就唔似港式嗰啲咁油膩,清而不濁,又冇味精湯嗰種好人造嘅感覺,絕對花左心機同時間。

沙嗲拼盤
佢嘅拼盤包括雞、牛、羊同白膳各兩條。同港式沙嗲唔同,佢冇咁濃同甜,有好香嘅花生味。其中個白膳就最令我難忘,因為佢入面嘅肉好滑,又唔同燒到好乾身,仲有佢冇晒啲細骨,食起黎好方便。同巴東魚一樣,佢嘅醬好惹味好多層次,唔會好辣,令人回味。

印尼湯圓
我點左個印尼湯圓,同中式湯圓唔同,入面係冇料嘅,反而比較似芋丸咁,但質感就腍啲,冇咁有咬口,但都有隱約嘅米香味,而個「湯」就係甜嘅椰汁。

尼間餐廳提供好多我未試過嘅菜,雖然冷門同位於銅鑼灣市鬧市,佢用嘅材料非常多,非常用心煮同準備,並唔係講求快、打卡靚嘅食物,佢係好真真正正咁俾每位客人享受一個難忘嘅經驗。佢嘅巴東魚真係好好食,好惹味,好有層次嘅味道,下次翻黎必試巴東牛肉。

食完尼餐,我其實好慚愧。我細個都係由印尼工人姐姐照顧大嘅,但竟然對佢地嘅飲食文化咁少了解。其實香港有好多種族嘅人,好值得我地去嘗試了解佢地嘅文化,例如印度唔係得咖哩,印尼唔係得撈麵,點解我地成日規範自己去食啲你估到嘅味道呢?我覺得我地總係活喺自己嘅comfort zone ,冇試過就好直接咁評論。我喺尼間餐廳揭開本menu ,有好多我未聽過未見過嘅菜式,我先知自己有幾無知,好想試晒每種食物。其實我盡量寫低我味蕾話俾我知嘅味道,仲有好多等你去探索。上openrice 搵野食無非都係想試新嘅餐廳,但如果永遠只係試一式一樣嘅菜式,我地永遠只係識得分別好食啲嘅牛扒或者多油啲嘅拖羅。點解唔試下一個全新嘅菜式呢?

我真係覺得尼間係香港少數好有心經營嘅餐廳,食嘅唔止係味道,仲有背後嘅精神同文化。
