無太多嘅花巧,保持食材嘅原汁原味,所以更加可以食到魚嘅鮮味😝
新墨魚口感柔軟新鮮,帆立貝厚肥鮮甜,赤貝同石垣貝肉質都好爽口!另外天身吞拿魚非常之滑嫩用筷子夾都夾唔起
仲有最正嘅係大肚腩至愛嘅大拖羅,成舊魚肉真係響個口度化開咁,魚油香十足🤩

🍙北海道根室馬糞海膽手卷
我哋同師傅講我哋好鍾意食海膽,佢就好慷慨比左滿滿海膽我哋直接用紫菜包住食
呢個手卷簡直係全晚嘅mvp,一啲都唔會腥仲10分香甜,口感又creamy
一啖放入口真係超級滿足,完全感受到師傅嘅愛🥰

🍰甜品係南瓜蛋糕,味道都幾濃郁
配上靜岡赤蜜瓜,果肉非常鮮甜而且非常軟
嫩,差唔多可以輕易咁喺口中融化

整體嚟講食材非常有水準,師傅對日本菜好有熱誠,好有耐心介紹每樣食材😆
