依家唔知重返紅磡食左幾多次,每次都覺得值得排隊。星期六的下午還是排了半小時,畢竟小店座位有限,大約得六張枱。老闆一直喺到密密煮。叫左我最愛的蕃茄薯仔湯底配米粉。湯底好香好香好濃郁,薯仔煮到半溶好綿好粉。米粉吸哂湯底,好好味。黑椒牛丸好彈,有啲牛筋,推介。香菇係我食咁多間車仔麵之中最厚肉最大隻,菇味好濃。仲加左$32要時令的花甲,甜到不得了,一啲沙都無。叉燒的味道有啲似金莎骨,同平日食的叉燒味道唔同,但好香好惹味。
