To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 元朗人經常提起永年這間老牌車仔麵店每次路過都想一試終於等裝修完成天時暑熱去排隊食車仔麵店鋪面積不大客人在外排隊都無辦法唯有寄望這碗麵有值得等待嘅味道排隊時留意到有記者於廚房採訪終於見到收銀機 叫咗豬腸牛肚麵等攞麵時見到有碗超多麵嘅放係到未有人拎令我有一絲希望 覺得永年應該好抵食點知結果我個碗只係得一半份量都唔緊要 好食就得啦一咬落去 d幼麵竟然未熟唔止我一碗 我朋友個碗都一樣大家食左一啖 面面相覤三十幾蚊碗 唯有繼續食雖然豬腸唔錯 但碗麵已經令我無哂胃口當我重食緊最後一啖"生"麵王就見到剛才滿滿一碗嘅車仔麵原來係拎入房比記者影相果然圖片只作參考行出店外見到重有人龍真想講一句:「有些麵你永遠不必等」

天時暑熱去排隊食車仔麵

店鋪面積不大

客人在外排隊都無辦法

唯有寄望這碗麵有值得等待嘅味道

排隊時留意到有記者於廚房採訪

終於見到收銀機 叫咗豬腸牛肚麵

等攞麵時見到有碗超多麵嘅放係到未有人拎

令我有一絲希望 覺得永年應該好抵食

點知結果我個碗只係得一半份量

都唔緊要 好食就得啦

一咬落去 d幼麵竟然未熟

唔止我一碗 我朋友個碗都一樣
大家食左一啖 面面相覤
三十幾蚊碗 唯有繼續食

雖然豬腸唔錯 但碗麵已經令我無哂胃口
當我重食緊最後一啖"生"麵王

就見到剛才滿滿一碗嘅車仔麵
原來係拎入房比記者影相

行出店外見到重有人龍

真想講一句:「有些麵你永遠不必等」
