To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 家人喜歡吃扁皮鴨所以特意去試等候時間非常長,建議大家有心理準備至少等侯一小時以上。環境不錯配上開放式廚房,感覺衞生。員工服務態度也很好,值得稱讚👍🏻重點食物方面先說扁皮鴨,吃過很多不同餐廳的扁皮鴨,北京樓用來包著的皮做得挺鬆軟的,但吃下去覺得反而太軟及有點厚。鴨是連肉的,但肉的份量很少,鴨皮是脆的,但配菜略小。總括一般沒有太大驚喜。反而生煎包造得非常出色,強烈建議一定要嘗試。包底煎得剛好是脆的,內𥚃鎖著肉汁很好味。相比在上海吃的還好吃!另外我們還點了三款麵,麵質彈牙湯底也好味👍🏻總括下次還會再來光顧😊
