幾年前食過樓上高空西餐廳留下唔係咁好嘅印象,實在好怕得個樣嘅打卡店,今晚終於搵到間靚景得黎又飲得杯落嘅西餐。美國特級安格斯肉眼扒 ($338)留意到好多食評都提到過熟嘅情況,問店員話三成都唔會太生,就信佢啦。 嚟到就發現10安士嘅扒大塊得黎比較薄身,叫三成rest完都唔會好紅。 肉眼扒本身係幾靚嘅,肉味同肉汁都唔錯,而重點居然係店員後加嘅芥茉醬,真心超好味,點完之後加哂分。烤銀鱈魚扒 ($238)愛魚之人可以講句,呢度嘅烤魚係正嘅。 鱈魚扒雖然厚身,但未食就睇到光澤同肉汁。 整體黎講都幾嫩滑有魚味,最正當然係成塊魚皮都脆卜卜,個人覺得忌廉汁可以再鹹少少就完美喇。煎北海道帶子伴蒜香意粉 ($198)帶子煎到半熟好幼滑,最驚喜嘅係蒜香意粉真係做到 al dente,大量大塊蒜片熟透又唔會窿,意粉浸係蒜油加塊蒜片真心好好味,食到口臭都無憾。仲想讚下店員真係好Nice,好主動幫手又健談,即使坐喺角落都唔會受冷落,難怪幾台都黎食慶生飯。
