同女友慶祝生日,佢話要食中菜,就揀咗呢間一定唔會失手嘅老字號。預早book枱時講咗生日,餐廳安排咗卡位,坐得好舒服。
我哋叫咗幾樣嘢試。先嚟個清酒吟釀鵝肝 ,個樣好精緻,鵝肝口感真係好似雪糕咁滑,入口即溶,帶少少清酒香,好特別,女朋友好鍾意。之後係芥末沙律大蝦球 ,個蝦球真係好大隻,好爽口彈牙,個wasabi沙律醬比例啱啱好,少少攻鼻但唔會搶晒蝦味。但全晚MVP係個洛神花山楂骨腩,酸酸甜甜好開胃,個醬汁好香,同平時食開嘅咕嚕肉/生炒骨完全係兩回事,呢個高級好多,排骨炸到外脆內嫩,必試!主食個「江瑤柱蛋白炒飯炒得乾身、有鑊氣,啲瑤柱絲同蛋白份量都足。
成餐飯服務好好,侍應好主動加水換碟,好有禮貌。生日飯嚟講,食物、環境、服務都值回票價。
