上星期同屋企人黎左食生日飯,大家都係第一次食新加坡菜,抱著試新野嘅不安同期待嘅心情都擔心生日食左餐唔好食嘅野,點知令人驚喜!最鍾意個黑胡椒蟹,大大隻不突止仲啖啖肉,飽滿又濃蟹味,黑胡椒嘅香味亦非常突出,最適合配啤酒,夠曬惹味。老鼠粉原窩上,配埋隻生蛋比你搞拌,老鼠粉其實係一煲銀針粉,晶瑩通透,撈埋雞蛋之後好夾,成煲野勁和味,可能係因為都加左蝦仁之類嘅海鮮,忍唔住食左兩碗!另外仲嗌左香脆嘅沙律骨同超久足料嘅海參煲食到捧住個肚走~
