曾經喺奧海城食過樂天經典,一直對佢地個麥片蝦球念念不忘,但成日懶得行過去奧海城食,原來佢已經係尖沙咀開咗分店啦!尖沙咀店位於加拿芬廣場2樓,鄰近地鐵站,真係非常方便啊!餐廳面積都幾大,仲有多張大枱適合多人聚餐!基本上每款菜式都有大中小size可供選擇,方便客人因應人數而點餐,好貼心又方便啊同朋友點左以下食物都係細size:金銀蛋時蔬上湯浸住嘅菠菜碧綠鮮嫩!金銀蛋即係鹹蛋同皮蛋,加入左豬肉,所以味道絕不單調!用油份量唔多,所以感覺好健康啊!菜香鐵板豆腐一大磚豆腐炸香後,加入榨菜、香菇、肉碎同秘製醬汁等等,再以鐵板呈上,保證新鮮熱辣辣!豆腐好軟腍嫩滑,充滿大豆香!鐵板底下仲有蛋絲,非常美味,送飯食一流呀金絲麥片蝦球呢道係我最期待的一個菜!蝦球大大隻,炸得好香脆酥香,蝦肉新鮮爽彈,正!金絲其實即係蛋絲,金絲麥片多到見唔到蝦球,甜甜脆脆的,微微辣,非常好味啊!我個人喜愛將金絲麥片用黎撈飯或者單吃,真係好好食!楊州炒飯賣相端好,飯炒得粒粒分明,當中嘅配料有叉燒粒、鮮蝦、雞蛋絲、蔥花等等,份量十足,好夠鑊氣添啊,夠晒香口!飯嘅份量都幾多,應該可以夠3-4個人分享椰汁西米露湯圓質地濃稠,椰汁味香濃,西米滑溜溜的!當中仲有大大粒黑芝麻湯圓,外皮香軟煙糯,芝麻香四溢! continue reading

今日朋友生日食好DD~ 去咗尖沙咀加拿芬廣場2場的 "樂天經典" 食胡椒蟹, YEAH~~~~ 自己兩幾年前去過星加玻食過之後, 係香港一直都未食過一間啱心水的胡椒蟹, "樂天經典" 正正將星加玻的味道搬到香港~ 星期五晚上7點去到"樂天經典" 唔算太多人, 地方同裝修都幾靚, 大門口已經有一大張BANNER點題介紹佢地既招牌菜"蟹", 我地一行三人, 唔好阻我~ 我點都要試兩款唔到既蟹架啦, 胡椒蟹唔少得, 仲叫多咗個花調蛋白蒸蟹, 期代期代~~~睇下個餐牌, 佢地D菜式都走精緻路線, 最滿意佢每道菜基本上都有大,中,小既SIZE點~ 啱哂我地哩D人少少又想叫多款試既為食人~ 我地最後叫咗胡椒蟹$368 花調蛋白蒸蟹$368 白胡椒排骨豬肚湯 $168 菜香鐵皮豆腐$98(小) 金牌脆皮燒雞$168 半隻, 青芥未蝦球(細) $138, 沙律排骨(小) $88, 首先來的係白胡椒排骨豬肚湯, 好濃的胡椒湯, 都幾辣~ 我仲意, 好好味~ 青芥未蝦球(細) --勁扺食~ 叫個細都有7-8隻蝦球, 芥未醬加上芒果賣樣同味道都一流~ 重點來了: 胡椒蟹, 非常惹味~ 胡椒辣而不搶~ 蟹選料非常好~ 隻隻都爆肉~ MENU講有1.2斤一份~ 我覺得多過~ 好大一碟丫~ 好興奮~ 再來係調蛋白蒸蟹, 哩個配答食到蟹本身既鮮甜味~ 加少少花調香, 碟底的蒸蛋索哂D蟹汁, 變得好鮮~ 兩味蟹都超哂班~~~ 值得推介~ continue reading

Paradise Dynasty is a successful restaurant chain from Singapore serving the finest of northern and southern China cuisine and now they have a new restaurant under their wing called Paradise Classic which serves nostalgic dishes.At Carnavon Plaza, they are right next to each other!!I was more than excited to try because of the nostalgic dishes that are slowly fashioned out in the modern era.Started with the floral elderflower and melon tea which was sweet and refreshing.The first nostalgic dish was the crouching tiger available in a spicy and non spicy version.You get to savour the sweetness of seafood in this inimitable pot of crabs, prawns, clams, squid and fish. The seafood broths brings out the taste of freshest seafood while the thick vermicelli soaks up the flavours of the broth.Next was the stewed silver pin noodles which came in a huge pot in thick delicious soup that is mixed with egg.It was hearty and filling, great for the coming winter.For light bites, had the mashed tofu with seafood which is a must try as they make the tofu in house.Finished with my favourite spinach cooked with salted egg and preserved egg for a balanced meal with vegetables. continue reading

「樂天皇朝」與「樂天經典」同屬一個集團,在加拿芬廣場更是兩舖同場出現。兩者比較,前者主打滬菜,後者主打經典菜式。「蒜香紅海蜇頭」是爽脆香口的頭盤小碟,醋香酸汁當中引入了辣椒粒,為菜式加入一份明顯的辛辣感。「菜香鐵板豆腐」以菜心及肉碎拌勻秘製蛋汁醬料而成,在鐵板不斷的加熱下,香氣撲鼻。豆腐經過炸煮處理,外觀金黃,外層微脆,內裡軟滑。「荔枝咕嚕肉」評價中等,除菠蘿換上茘枝外,未予小編特別驚喜。 「龍虎燴」其實是一個雜錦海鮮湯,以青蟹 (虎)、蝦 (龍)、蜆、班塊、京蔥、香芹等配合豬骨肴煮而成,最後再加入米線作主食。因海鮮投放量多,湯汁特別甜美,並輕泛花彫酒香,而惹味的京蔥及香芹亦搶佔一定注意力。細味主角青蟹,雖然基本上沒有蟹羔,但肉實結實鮮甜。海蝦海蜆的發揮則恰如其份,主力吸海鮮湯給味。米線經過長時間浸煮難免會變腍,但用以掛汁品味亦未嘗不是一個好方案。「古早魚香老鼠粉煲」是另一款經典菜式,它擁老鼠粉之名,很大程度因為類近銀針粉的粉條外觀與老鼠尾有點相像。菜式上桌後店員會混入鹹魚桔仔醬汁,以致粉煲味道鹹中帶酸,奇異得來又幾好食。再加上冬菇、肉碎、菜脯等佐料,令味道更為豐富。 「馬來風光」洋溢南洋風味,實而不華。最後是「海鮮皇炒飯」,以鮮蝦、小柱及蟹籽炒製,味道 OK,個人覺得濕身了少許,同事則覺得剛好。 首次造訪「樂天經典」予小編不俗的印象,兩道店員推介的經典菜式「龍虎燴」及「古早魚香老鼠粉煲」亦為小編帶來新鮮感,讚![1/11/2018; Thu] continue reading

後生一輩親戚聚會想有點新意思,表妹找到這間位於就腳尖沙咀亦吃到特別南洋菜的樂天經典。所謂南洋菜泛指於上世紀約二十年代,中國移民例如福建移居至南洋一帶,結合當地的食材和烹飪手法演變而成。先來羅漢果茶及檸檬意米水,意米口感煙韌。再加上檸檬加特份外醒神,兩款均有凍亦有熱。主角星洲黑胡椒椒螃蟹出場了! 相比於星洲吃過的,這個味道更顯平均,令人吃到黑椒味不太濃沒有完全蓋過蟹肉的鮮味恰到好處。蟹鉗啖啖肉,不消一會就被吃掉了。龍虎燴香辣湯,跟廣東的龍虎不同,這道菜所謂龍虎就是蝦及蟹,是南洋婚宴常吃到的一道菜。綜合了中式及東南亞多國飲食經驗,湯底味道卻有點像日式麵豉湯,可說亞洲為美食之都確實沒有錯。沉浸在香甜濃郁的湯汁裡面,是一道豐富海鮮!古早魚香老鼠粉煲,所謂老鼠粉有點像平時吃到的銀針粉晶瑩剔透,據說由木薯粉、地瓜粉和糯米粉的製成,吃起來有點嚼勁,,夾起來就像老鼠的尾巴。這道菜於吃前加入的鹹魚香桔仔水更是神來之筆,為老鼠粉中的海鮮起到解腥提味的作用。材料相當豐富,有鮮蝦、雞蛋、冬菇、肉碎、菜脯等。鹹魚的香味真是隔著好幾桌都能聞到,L 認為是整晚最出色的一道菜!菜香鐵板豆腐的豆腐據說是由自家磨製而成,再加入蛋黃與蛋白以特定比例調配,表面淋上新加坡秘制的辣醬,重口味的表弟最愛,豆腐嫩滑而且豆味濃郁。整體環境寬敞而且舒適,無論宴請賓客或是親友聚餐,都是不錯的選擇。 continue reading
