甜品係女仔心目的最愛,因為覺得食完之後會有幸福的感覺。今日同友人去呢間甜品鋪,入到覺得有復古的味道;桌子用木造;天花用吊扇做裝飾;仲有吧檯坐。侍應好好人,一見到我地入到去:就即刻遞左杯水俾我地,覺得佢地好細心。 之後點左紫薯窩夫和綠茶心太軟:由落單到上甜品:大約10分鐘;始終叫呢兩個甜品製作時間係比一般為長。落左單之後就俾餐具,餐具都好乾淨;紫薯窩夫先嚟,佢配左雲呢嗱雪糕:旁邊有楓糖同朱古力醬用嚟點窩夫。首先先食原味:窩夫的蛋味好濃,紫薯蓉都幾多,紫薯味都好重:但兩者無搶大家的味,好配合。點朱古力醬,我就覺得朱古力唔太甜又唔太苦;而點楓糖之後,好似食熱香位餅嘅感覺,好味。而雲呢嗱雪糕旁邊有玉桂粒,先食淨雲呢嗱雪糕,唔太甜但又夠滑。之後加埋玉桂粒,玉桂粒好脆,食落玉桂的香氣徘徊在我個舌頭。綠茶心太軟配上左士多啤梨雪糕:綠茶外表好似綠茶蛋糕,一吉開D綠茶汁流哂出嚟;先食佢個餅,好夠熱而且食到綠茶的甘味,無得彈。
