和朋友多次來吃,一定要點海鮮拼盤,真係好抵食。大大盤的海鮮拼盤,最最最主角是麵包蟹。麵包蟹十分多膏. 而蟹膏較結實, 雖然蟹肉都不少, 吃了蟹膏有點飽,蟹肉味鮮,一濃一啖,很容易把麵包蟹吃完。而帶子如果有醬汁可點會更佳. 帶子很大件,口感特別好. 其他海鮮都是回本美食,吃得滋味。New Zealand lamb chop羊架的擺盤令人食指大動,中間的迷迭香令人有了聚焦點. 羊架3份, 比正常的羊架更厚身, 而羊架肉質夠juicy,不嚡口,更沒有羊騷味。Alaska dessert甜品要有儀式感。點了一個吸引眼球嘅火焰雪山,侍應淋上酒精後,彩色的火餡一直在燃燒著。待差不多完結時,我們拍熄剩下的火焰,以免雪山有些位置燒焦。蛋白夠creamy,內裡還有冰凍的雪糕蛋糕呢!

甜品要有儀式感。點了一個吸引眼球嘅火焰雪山,侍應淋上酒精後,彩色的火餡一直在燃燒著。待差不多完結時,我們拍熄剩下的火焰,以免雪山有些位置燒焦。蛋白夠creamy,內裡還有冰凍的雪糕蛋糕呢!
