To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🐹黎到元朗最出名既車仔麵就係永年士多。呢度一到食飯時間就會多人排隊,同鼠友趕係多人之前黎食,排左一陣就到。揀左三餸一麵,三豬豬紅豬腸豬皮配幼麵 小辣,加杯港女之愛既抺茶紅豆冰。對於第一次黎食既肥老鼠🐹黎講,係相當失望。🐹可能係對車仔麵既概念只有咸同辣仲有咖喱,而呢個車仔麵係相當甜配料應該係用左同一種甜汁去調味,每一樣配料都係一樣味,唯一既分別係甜度,第一次食咁甜既豬皮,甜甜的豬腸令人異常地感受到食內臟個份核突不過都可能咁岩個日,師傅重手左甜左都唔定既。🐹:建議食中辣大辣黎中和返份甜味,又或者選咖喱魚蛋等唔會甜到出事既配料抺茶紅豆冰ok ge,冇咩特別,可能叫返佢個招牌支裝奶茶會更好。🐹:整體黎講,唔係話差既,係甜得滯,可能係唔岩口味,相反鼠友食到津津有味
