To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時男朋友比我折磨得多😂生日就帶佢黎南海一號享受下啦😘一入到黎餐廳 個環境幾舒適 樓底幾高 令到成間中菜廳感覺好大 唔會帶焗促感..一打開Menu 每個種類都有好多選擇 對於我呢啲有選擇困難症嘅人真係好難揀呀🤯好彩呢到既服務員都好好 落單時逐一為我地推介 好有耐性☺️由於我呢個咩都想食既人,最後我地揀左,小蔥拌子雞、上海小籠包、芝士蝦球煎飯、豆根銀杏泡涼瓜、川芎天麻燉魚皇同甜酸海班球😋首先講下佢個前菜 小蔥拌子雞先,一黎到 佢係好似手撕雞甘撕到一條條 拌左好多蒜蓉 辣椒粒同大量既蔥花 再配埋佢啲酸酸地既汁 係一個不錯既開胃小菜👍🏼然後係個燉湯 我真係好鍾意飲湯 可以話係湯水達人甘濟🤣佢呢個湯飲得出落左好多材料去燉 所以一啲都唔係求其孚顯您,落足心機 飲完之後 個人都覺得好補🤭滋潤曬跟住到小籠包喇😋大家都知 食小籠包最重要既緊係佢爆汁個下啦🤤呢間餐廳既師傅做到皮薄餡靚 勁鮮甜多汁 超Juicy 入面舊肉都唔會係乾柴個啲,好好食呀😋最驚喜最意想不到地出色既係甜酸海班球,最初我以為佢都係好似平時出面大排檔個啲甜酸咕嚕肉既味 只係轉左用魚去製,但食落口又係另一回事,佢既海班魚既鮮味完全唔會比啲牆

最驚喜最意想不到地出色既係甜酸海班球,最初我以為佢都係好似平時出面大排檔個啲甜酸咕嚕肉既味 只係轉左用魚去製,但食落口又係另一回事,佢既海班魚既鮮味完全唔會比啲牆汁蓋過,魚既肉質我原本以為係好淋身個種 但食落質地勁爽口彈牙 完全無Expect過魚肉都可以做到甘 掂😳

另外 個芝士蝦球煎飯反而我自己個人而言就麻麻地喇 佢唔係做得唔好食 佢既蝦都係新鮮爽口 係好食既 但可能我唔太鍾意煎飯個口感 再加上加左芝士 令到成個感覺好膩 可能廚師係想有啲fusion效果啦😂但如果佢唔加芝士 同埋變左煎米粉 可能我會比較易接受😆不過都只係我個人感觀~

最後要極度推介大家食既就係 豆根銀杏泡涼瓜👍🏼🤩呢道菜我最佩服既係師傅既大師級刀工,簡直不得了,佢將啲涼瓜片到極薄 肉眼見真係差唔多去到透明個隻 因為佢切到甘薄 所以個涼瓜係勁吸湯 世界級正,我真係超推介大家呢個係必嗌‼️‼️‼️

因為我地book枱既時候仲Remark左係生日飯,所以食到最後仲有金箔椰汁糕送🥳好開心!同埋臨走仲走左出去露台個邊影返幾張相先走人 啲Staff仲好好甘主動話幫我地揸機🤣個夜境真係幾靚,如果大家有咩節日要慶祝 又鍾意食中菜既 都不妨黎呢到試試👍🏼
