To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一款得獎點心上枱,呢碟叫做芝心海皇千絲春卷,淨係睇個樣都已經殺晒!啲米粉絲炸得好鬆脆,包裏入面的芝士餡幾濃,入面仲有冬菇,加埋一些蝦粒,外脆內軟,非常香口鮮味,食完一粒都忍唔住要再食多一粒!

第二個得獎點心係旋風流心奶皇包,外表成個旋風造型,相當得意,一咬落去啲奶皇就好似火山爆發咁流出,奶皇好香滑,個包好軟腍,真係值得回味!
