To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近真係對omakase愈來愈有興趣,而香港亦愈來愈多omakase 餐廳,今次就去左上環蘇杭街既鮨燐。今次要左$1380既餐,先有前菜汁煮白貝,咁大嚿都完全唔靱,而且鮮味十足,內臟部分都可以食。然後有京都生湯葉伴松葉蟹肉&海膽,生湯葉食落似腐竹,好濃豆味亦好滑。接住到刺身部分。右口魚捲三升同蔥。三升姐係一公升麵豉,一公升米同一公升辣椒。食既時候配合柚子鹽板,有多層次既美味。針魚配薑蔥醬油,好甜。北海道馬糞海膽,超級鮮甜,完全唔腥。北海道響螺伴土佐醋啫里,螺肉切成薄片好爽口。然後有燒太刀魚。燒鯖魚配白帶昆布。超拖羅刺身,唔係最肥既位,但味道都好甘甜。紫菜包燒拖羅。食左咁多野,係時候食翻個橘子啫喱refresh下口腔,迎接壽司部分,每一件都十分新鮮。深海池魚活赤貝野生鰤魚新鮮銀雪魚帆立貝右口魚又係再清清味蕾既時間,今次有自家製梅酒jelly,淡淡的酒味令唔太飲酒既我都接受到。然後有熟食味噌燒茄子,茄子燒完仍然juicy,味噌亦唔會太濃太鹹。同好香蝦味既麵豉湯。最後仲有甜品桃味雪吧,超飽超滿足!
