To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 素鵝其實即是炸腐皮卷，這裏做得非常好吃，腐皮一層一層非常薄，炸得很透，中間也是脆脆的，而且不油膩，非常好吃。京燒排骨架這個排骨味道非常好，每枝骨上都有很大塊肉，而且肉很容易跟骨分離，醬汁甜甜的，配上煮得入味的肉，令人可以吃下幾碗飯。炸醬麵這個炸醬麵很有北京的味道，炸醬炒得夠香，伴上煙煙韌韌的手做面，每一條麵都充滿着麵粉香，把整碗面拌勻後吃，炸醬依然足夠，而且非常掛麵。最後當然要吃一點甜品，就是我最愛的高力豆沙，蛋白軟綿綿，中間的豆沙夠粉夠甜，配上砂糖一起吃，非常滿足。
