To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一入到餐廳,講booked number就得,方便。環境好好,食物一流,服務周到,完全係一分價錢一分貨。坐低有兩杯好好飲嘅茶,南海1號嘅茶有種回甘味,比起普通茶樓有種特別的感覺。海景好靚,仲可以睇到幻彩詠香江。好舒服的sofa二人位置。今晚不太多人。而且好靜。坐左接近三小時,上菜都快,有次序。 除左小籠包一般,其他食物都合乎水準,前菜冰鎮鮑魚幾岀色,蒜泥白肉夾咗青瓜幾有心思,口感同醬汁一流。主菜叫咗個魚蝦蟹粉絲煲同龍蝦湯泡飯,主動幫我哋分埋,非常好。粉絲一啲都唔乾同埋唔油。下次都會再來。
