To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為要為兩位女性朋友慶祝生日而選擇去了‘南海一號’, 環境很好,很高級,可以看到維多利亞海港的美景和幻彩詠香江 👍🏻我們點了兩碟小吃,六碟主食,還有兩支白酒/紅酒,其實食物也不錯,叉燒/片皮鴨/龍蝦湯飯很好,蠻滿意,但蠔餅是最差🤮,廚師用了太多煎粉,廟街比他們做的更好。服務員很差,向男侍應下單時,他的語氣好像旺角的粗人一樣的粗魯🤦🏻‍♂️,在上菜不久,他們不斷打擾,好像在趕我們走的,而且我們還沒有吃完便收碟,換碟也是求其的,四個人只換兩個人的碟,但另外兩個人的碟是更需要更換的,當我的朋友喝完紅酒,叫一位女侍應倒酒時,她去拿一瓶紅酒來倒到杯裡然後整支放下,沒有放回原處,那即是要我們自己倒,簡直不似一間高級餐廳,比茶餐廳更差。
