To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一枱10個大人2個小朋友,新年團拜加補祝朋友生日飯。環境座落於尖沙iSqaure 30/F, 飽覧維港景色,無可厚非環境的確不錯,而且餐廳樓底極高。食物份量和味道還可。不過服務態度絕對有空間改善。帶了蛋糕,被告知每人有25元的切餅費,沒有問題,這是理解的。當晚9時左右,餸菜食完,陪邊侍應不停講我們枱有蛋糕。其實這原本是surprise 的,再來一個侍應過來說要幫我們收東西因爲有蛋糕要上,全枱靜了表現無奈。該侍應收完東西後再大聲問多一次要上蛋糕嘛。可以重要的事情要提3次吧。的確汗顏。再來蛋精到來後滿是倒汗水,分蛋糕不是完整的一件,來到好像是分到爛晒。總括而言,如只享受環境,不錯的。食物質素尚可。要服務的話,可再三思。
