To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位處尖沙咀國際廣場高層的「南海一號」,一向是自己相當喜歡的中菜館,樓底高,環境好,氣派堂皇,又可外望尖沙咀以至對岸香港島的美麗景色,而且服務到位,加上食物有質素,整體上絕對有酒店級的水準。因為近幾個月香港深受武漢肺炎疫情影響,飲食業正處於水深火熱之中,不少食肆紛紛推出各項特價優惠,務求吸引多些食客幫襯,希望度過這段前所未有,不知何時才會結束的艱難時刻。最近這兒就跟不少備受疫情影響生意的高級餐廳食府一樣,推出了一個原價 $250一位,現在特價 $168一位的「午市任食套餐」,14款點心,11款小菜,4款飯麵,全部都可以在上午11:30至下午2:30三小時內任點任吃。如此抵食的優惠,立刻吸引了我訂座光顧。因為只得夫妻兩人,我倆被安排坐在靠窗的座位。幸運地更不是二人桌,而是圓形的四人桌,雖然這天天色欠佳,昏昏暗暗的,在優美的環境下用餐,心裡仍覺高興。先說點心:「鶉蛋燒賣」這傳統點心,我已很久沒吃過了,這天再嚐,特別有感覺。「晶瑩蝦餃」皮薄又夠大隻,水準不俗。「金蒜蟹肉菜苗餃」可以吃到絲絲蟹肉,但蒜味不太濃。「葡汁鱈魚酥」熱燙酥化,又夠特別,賣相平凡,但好味道。「脆皮素春卷」的春卷皮頗為脆身,

飯麵有四款選擇,分別是「星州炒米」、「乾炒肉片河」、「欖菜肉碎蛋白炒飯」和「銀芽雞絲煎麵」。不過這天我一心來吃點心和小菜,飯麵我全都沒吃,就不予置評了。

兩夫妻在這兒舒適優美的環境下,吃了兩個小時午飯,吃了九款點心,八款小菜,有些小菜,好像最好味的「麥糖脆芋絲」和兩口子都喜歡的「鮮果咕嚕肉」,我倆更是好事成雙,一再點吃。埋單結帳,連加一小帳,才不過四百元多些,平均每人只需二百元左右,便可以吃到一頓豐富又美味的中菜午餐,可以不滿意嗎?
