Restaurant: Forbidden Duck (Times Square)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 突然想起食填鴨,因身在銅鑼灣故想去間近近地又未嚐過的,就到了時代廣場選擇了這間鴨大哥!今天客人不多,侍應都很殷勤地招待了入座,特別有位肥肥地的姐姐很客氣地問想吃甚麼。由於只有兩位女仕胃亦不能承受太多便叫了必吃的填半隻和一味豉汁帶子蒸豆腐。填鴨燒得也見有水準,皮脆而肉也不太多肥脂,不過鴨的鮮肉味稍弱,而包鴨的麵皮只得八片是有些份量太少了,有個小熱窩保温也很貼心。輔料配搭也切得很幼細,除海鮮醬,紅糖外也添加了一款麻醬選擇。豉汁帶子蒸豆腐上枱夠熱,但蒜蓉豉汁伴葱就覺不太足,排放在帶子豆腐上也放得不均勻,熟油起味也不多夠火氣,不過豆腐很香滑,帶子新鮮,味道也算ok.茶是用茶包開的,我選香片但沖出來茶不夠香。原本想試其甜品南山㗎啡糕可惜這天沒有提供呢!整體而言此餐雖然簡單但因用膳氣氛環境都好舒服,很有精神放鬆享受一餐的感覺!
