To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去到時,未夠八點,門口侍應話好快有枱,因為好多人都食緊甜品,入去BAR枱坐一陣. 一坐,即刻有人比本MENU你,係FOR ORDER DRINK,但係我地黎係為食飯,話唔駛.八點三,有2個人又入黎BAR枱等,不過係熟客,幾個員工都黎同佢打招呼,唔駛5分鐘就有位. 於是問侍應有無位,佢話好快有架啦. 等到八點半,問侍應幾時有枱,因為等咗好耐,同埋有幾張空枱點解唔比坐. 結果啊完就走咗去.等到八點四十五分,忍唔住,一齊起身走. 一路行,見有幾張空枱.居然係等電梯時,有人走黎,話真係有枱. 但係我地唔信,都係走去阿一食算啦.
