To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 環境相信我都不用再說因為確實是一流的,因為這裏的環境所以我每次一有朋友來香港都會帶他來這裏吃飯。唯一越來越差嘅地方(我個人覺得令到2011年開始佢冇咗米之蓮一星嘅原因)你坐低唔夠5秒鐘就有7個唔同嘅服務員你問你開酒定係飲蔗汁!我已經同佢哋幾個講左我朋友已經上緊黎,應該幾分鐘嚟到。但係服務員態度都係堅持而且不禮貌!食物質素及衛生環境都是可以接受的。只是有時候太嘈,因為佢每到夜晚9點開始就會播放勁嘈嘅音樂來講找你。最有特色嘅食物係叉燒啦,湯泡飯,而海蜇頭今次食有啲過鹹。最後埋單其實我知道自己一定過佢嘅最低消費,不過最不滿意嘅地方就係服務員好似茶餐廳咁張單一野隊左去我朋友度好大聲講咗句”先生埋左張單佢先”。。好尷尬我要企響身我去搶咗張單(幸運地我朋友係唔識聽講廣東話嘅)。。其實嗰個服務員一開始已經知道我由頭帶到落尾係點菜嘅..點解係一個茶餐廳服務員嘅水平,其實我想知帶一個外國返黎嘅朋友嚟佢哋都已經係咁。。點知今次再俾多次機會佢佢又係冇改善。。我嚟呢間餐廳嘅原因係因為七年前我老公響度同我求婚嘅感覺非常好但亦不及以前了。。。
