跟家人一起在太古城辦完年貨,立即找地方吃晚飯,老豆在的話一定要選中餐,我們決定在康怡廣場覓食!之前也在另一間玉桃軒吃過,小菜確實不錯!這家人都有選擇困難症,所以選了三寶套餐,有半隻蒜香脆皮雞,一條清蒸海石斑和一碟自選小菜。因為我們家都是雞怪,所以加錢加多半份蒜香脆皮雞,變成一隻。皮脆肉嫩,最喜歡雞的皮,又薄又脆,調味剛剛好,不會太鹹,雞肉也不老!小菜我們選了咕嚕肉,菠蘿很甜,都是啖啖肉,外層脆,肉質咬下鬆化軟腍!清蒸石斑仔,煮法都是用蔥和薑絲蒸,肉質雪白有彈性,很新鮮,不會有鞋口的感覺!天一定要叫個煲吃,竹笙茄子豆腐煲,因為是煲的關係,好夠熱,冬調味會重一點,送飯一流!很喜歡竹笙爽脆的口感!簡簡單單幾味巧手小菜,味道好價錢又經濟,好過自己煮到一頭煙,又有不用阿媽辛苦!
