屋企人不嬲都好錫我,喺正式生日前嘅星期日已經同我食飯慶祝生日,佢哋就揀咗食傳統中菜。首先,嚟個晚膳三寶,一品蒜香雞半隻,雞皮好脆,雞肉又滑又夠味,唔錯;清蒸海石斑一條,冇火水味,時間蒸得啱啱好,好滑又唔腥;最驚喜嘅係南乳上菜齋煲,南乳味唔會好重,齋煲入面有好多材料,有支竹、蘑菇、粟米仔、雲耳、粉絲,一啲都唔寡!食完蒸魚就食炸魚,呢個瑤柱金粟魚塊,外脆內軟,啖啖肉,再同粟米汁一齊食,經典得嚟又好味。呢度有一樣嘢食我最鍾意就係菠蘿咕嚕肉,咕嚕肉每塊都炸到好脆,又有骨可以咬下,個菠蘿汁酸甜度啱啱好,值得一試。姨媽最近開始食齋,所以叫咗一個竹笙茄子豆腐煲,豆腐走咗油,口感好好,味道唔會太鹹。我好多謝屋企人咁錫我,今餐好有愛啊!

食完蒸魚就食炸魚,呢個瑤柱金粟魚塊,外脆內軟,啖啖肉,再同粟米汁一齊食,經典得嚟又好味。

姨媽最近開始食齋,所以叫咗一個竹笙茄子豆腐煲,豆腐走咗油,口感好好,味道唔會太鹹。
