食店榮獲雜誌2012獎項,吸引我與家人到這一店舖嘗一嘗。走進店內,服務員十分熱情地给我們介绍食物。先來了豆漿,味道比較淡。濶佬炒飯原來用了菜,蛋白,乾瑤柱,炒得乾身不油膩。再来一個賽螃蟹,配上毛豆,蛋白多,混與白飯同吃,一流。蒜泥白肉配粉皮,真係第一次見,但似乎蒜味唔突出。雪菜炒年糕,清清地,似住家菜,年糕夠軟身,容易消化。一籠熱騰騰小籠包,皮薄肉汁多,好味到唔停得口。我們最後還點了甜品~高力豆沙。黃色皮軟绵绵,外面占上糖粉,不太甜,不滞。
