最近連鎖外賣中式點心鋪愈開愈多,今日俾我係油麻地到發現依間新開嘅獨立點心鋪,係A1出口一出就會見到,裝潢非常中式化,標榜即叫即蒸,而且見到螢幕上嘅點心做工精緻,吸引咗我買黎食~首先介紹佢嘅蒸飯 – 臘腸排骨飯($32),用荷葉包住蒸,一打開已經聞到陣陣飯香味,排骨好淋又入味,好中意佢唔太肥嘅臘腸,暖粒粒好窩心。我嘅至愛係粉豚豬嘜包($12/個),係螢幕上見到隻豬仔好得意,估唔到出到黎都係咁QQ。入面係叉燒餡,鬆軟又香口。亦都叫咗其他點心試下,香滑牛肉腸($25),皮滑餡靚,牛肉餡多到爆。秘製酸汁蒸土魷($26),土魷上嘅刀絞好巧功夫,而秘製酸汁就更加無得頂,酸得黎係有少少辣,好惹味。王將雞扎($25),有原隻雞肉、火腿、豬皮,非常大件厚身。P.S. 因為係即叫即蒸,所以可能要等15分鐘以上。
