To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 永年士多相信元朗人都好熟悉,佢出曬名係老字號車仔麵檔,一直都未試過,呢日趁行開元朗,去試下呢間成日大排長龍既車仔檔。行到去排又唔洗等好耐,係門口有顯示一大個餐牌,就係佢個車仔麵組合,諗定食乜排到你就係收銀度落單,然後入去等,好似快餐店咁,又快又方便。我最愛呢度有米粉揀,必點之選係入味辣豬紅同雞翼,個辣汁叫小辣都已經好辣夠味,然後每碗都會伴隨一棵青菜。叫左杯菠蘿冰,真係好正,清甜味美解辣之選,夏天仲好消暑!
