To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日最後一日珠寶展喇 ﹗今朝都係獨孤一味珠寶晨早晨特餐,即食麵 ﹗沙爹牛肉出前一丁配煎蛋火腿走包,加埋杯冰齋啡走甜,多謝 HKD38 蚊啦。我原本只叫沙爹牛火腿,點知個早餐原來包左雞蛋,我琴日睇完跌打要戎口架喎,但黎左無理由唔食架,食左先算,明知食完傷口會生水泡,話之佢,食食食 ﹗碗麵唔夠熱,煙都無啲。麵質又過腍,懷疑一早淥定個麵底,當有客 order 就放湯慳時間 ﹗唔可以咁做架,食得出 ﹗牛肉無上次咁好食,唔夠滑,不過都算滿意。
