在香港,日本丼飯每區總有數間在附近,要獨當一面,當然要夠特別,棉登徑以前多數是酒吧,現在都慢慢變成餐廳,走到轉各位置,進入了一家滿滿日本風的丼飯店赤鯥丼,各款刺生滿滿的排放在丼上主角當然是赤鯥魚,輕輕炙燒過的魚皮,令赤鯥魚更有口感,逼出魚油三文魚籽每粒都脹卜卜好新鮮,還有松葉蟹肉,蔥花吞拿魚蓉,全部都是配飯之選油甘魚同三文魚都是厚切,每款有兩件,一碗丼飯來說,有六,七款剌身,真係岩晒三心二意的女士們將刺身分開放,真是鋪滿碟子每丼飯會附送味噌湯,加$28可轉𩶘魚湯,奶白色的湯身,飲口鮮甜,喝出用上了很多𩶘魚去烹調,湯內還有冬菇,油豆腐,豆腐粒等,飲完立即覺得皮膚白滑了,營養豐富日本多春魚,一客四條,每條都十分完整,夠乾身,多春魚帶點焦香,入口帶一點甘香,咬一口,肚子裏滿滿的魚春,前菜小吃的話,最好不過
