昨天和honey 吃飯,許多店七時半已經關門。路過這家店,人氣十足,入內試試看。由於地舖已滿座,只有樓上吧座。樓上有壽司吧座,另一邊是枱座,燈光比較暗。這兒是用iPad menu, 自助落order 。今晚分別點了兩個丼飯和和牛沙律。火炙和牛沙律$138這火炙和牛沙律賣相不錯,和牛色澤鮮明,和牛肉質軟嫩,保留半生的肉感,油花唔少,但配上沙律汁的沙律菜和蕃茄,很清爽、酸咪咪的味道,加上炸蒜,味道清新又豐富。北海道丼$188這北海道丼有牡丹蝦、三文魚,帆立貝、平目魚邊、松葉蟹肉蟹膏、三文魚籽等。各款材料都十分新鮮、牡丹蝦軟滑黏口;帆立貝幾厚身;加上松葉蟹肉蟹膏,是鮮甜又濃郁的蟹味,加上咸香的三文魚籽,和酸香的醋飯,味道多元化又滿足。極上拖羅丼$298這極上拖羅丼有齊大拖羅、中拖羅、蔥花拖羅茸,完全可以滿足我。大拖羅切得唔太厚,但充滿豐富的油花,口感油潤又無筋;中拖羅口感軟滑,又有魚鮮風味,沒有大拖羅咁軟滑,但肉質纖細順滑;加上鵪春旦的旦汁,令拖羅茸更加滑溜豐厚,拌以微酸的赤醋飯,十分開胃,好吃!這一天的晚餐大家都十分滿意,可以encore. continue reading

今日去開尖沙咀睇一秒拳王意外地食咗豐富午市定食啦´•ᴥ•`北海道丼($168)呢個丼好岩香港人口味全部都係香港熱門刺身油甘魚 三文魚 帆立貝 海膽 牡丹蝦 蟹肉蟹膏 ( ー̀֊ー́ )✧丼飯嘅刺身唔會係好厚切但牡丹蝦大隻 帆立貝大大粒而且全部刺身都幾新鮮但最開心都係全部刺身都啱口味因為好多時食丼都總有一兩款刺身冇咁鐘意 呢個北海道丼配搭好加分🤤´•ᴥ•`網燒安格斯肉眼配飯($158)朋友係唔食生野嘅( ・᷄ὢ・᷅ )雖然呢度叫嵐橋丼飯但係喺門口見到熟食餐牌都幾花多眼亂 而且同樣吸引最後就揀咗網燒安格斯肉眼配飯燒得好靚唔會太熟中間見少少紅而且份量超多 目測十幾塊肥瘦適中 牛味夠濃最滿意係午市定食好多配菜午市定食往往都係最抵食一個定食就可以食勻幾樣配菜沙律 胡麻醬豆腐 茶碗蒸 雪糕 麵豉湯 講真唔少地方嘅丼飯都平過呢度 但好多都淨係配麵豉湯 所以配菜多絕對係加分位( › ·̮ ‹ ) 而且尖沙咀地段黎講呢個價位都可接受 continue reading

牛魔王二重丼🥩🍚集結我所有最愛既丼😍有飯!有啖啖肉既牛!仲要係多蔥!之所以叫二重丼係因為有鹿兒島A4和牛肉眼同美國安格斯牛小排!和牛肉眼煎至外脆內粉嫩,入口即化,化作油脂更滿足😮‍💨😮‍💨而安格斯牛小排相對冇咁油,梅花間中咁食,攞個平衡,冇咁易漏。牛既份量都好多,如果可以添飯更佳!🤤🤤黑松露火炙魚生丼正常發揮,黑松露再更濃味就更佳!串燒!牛舌夠厚切,雞腎夠爽口,雞翼油光滿面夠juicy! continue reading
