I passed by Central and I do not know this resturant but since it posted a lot of compliment, then I thought it would be good.I ordered their 'famous' pork chop bun - the bun looked ok outside but the pork chop was horribly burn and hard. I tried to bite once but I gave up. I called for the waiter and he changed another one to me which was a little bit less burn but still the pork chop was so fatty, at least 40% was 肥豬膏,aiya, so disappointed, Fairwood and Cafe de Coral definitly a better choic

To be honest, the tea set is not cheap, it cost $23 for a hot milk tea + pork chop bun. Cafe de Coral & Fairwood is around $17 (I think)

One point is good - the service of the '4 eyes' waiter don't mind to change the bun for me and also serve me a glass of water as my milk tea was finished.
